
The BRICS Engineering Congress 2025 will be held from 24 to 26 April 2025 in Shenzhen, China.
The congress is themed on “Converging Engineering Development Power, Creating a Bright Future for BRICS” and aims to provide a platform for engineers, scholars, policymakers, and industry leaders from BRICS countries to share insights, to foster pragmatic cooperation in the field of engineering and to make BRICS a pioneer force for driving the reform of global governance.
The congress hosted by Harbin Institute of Technology under the guidance of Chinese Society of Engineers (CSE) will focus on important topics like:
- engineering education,
- core competencies of engineers and international recognition,
- continuing professional development of engineers, and
- technological innovation in key areas.
WFEO President Mustafa Shehu will give a keynote speech, and accompanied by Executive Director Jacques de Méreuil, they will meet Dr. LUO Hui, Vice President and Joint Secretary General of the CSE.
