The sixth annual “Multi-stakeholder Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation for the SDGs” (STI Forum) will be held 4 to 5 May 2021. The STI Forum is a unique UN platform for debate, discussion and creation around STI for the SDGs. As a multi-stakeholder space, the STI Forum will include the participation of stakeholders from a broad range of sectors. More information on the STI Forum and the event can be found in this page.
UN DESA, in collaboration with the co-chairs of the 6th STI Forum, organized an online briefing to share information with stakeholders about the STI Forum, including opportunities for stakeholder participation and contribution. The online briefing took place on 6 April 2021.

Gunalan, Past President of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Chair of the WFEO UN Relations Committee (WURC) gave on behalf of the Scientific and Technological Community Major Group, composed by WFEO and the International Science Council (ISC).
